Dal Methi

Ingredients:

1.Toor dal 1/4 cup
2.Fenugreek leaves 1 bunch
3.Tomato chopped 1
4.Green chillies 2-3
5.Besan flour 3 tbsp
6.Oil 1 tbsp
7.Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
8.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
9.Pinch of hing
10.Garlic grated 1 tbsp
11.Roasted peanuts 1/2 cup roughly crushed

Preparation:

1.Mix soaked dal,tomatoes,green chillies,methi together in pressure cooker and pressure cook until 1 whistle.
2.Once dal is cooked,add in besan flour and mix well.
3.Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,hing,garlic and cook garlic for a minute.
4.Add pressure cooked dal in fried mixture and cook for another 5 minutes.Serve hot with roti or rice.
