1.Chana dal 1 cup
2.Jaggery 1 cup
3.Nut meg powder
4.Cardamom powder 1/4 tbsp
5.Wheat flour 1 cup
6.Maida 1/2 cup
7.Oil 1 tbsp
8.Salt to taste
1.Wash and soak chana dal in water for 4 hours.
2.Pressure cook chana dal with 1 cup of water and cook for 4 whistles.
3.Now mash chana dal and combine jaggery,mix well and cook till mixture thickens.
4.Add cardamom powder,nut meg powder and mix well.Now stuffing is ready.
5.In a bowl add in wheat flour,maida,salt and oil.Mix well with water and prepare a smooth dough.
6.Dough should be little bit soft.Now divide the dough into small equal portions and roll into a chapathi.
7.Place the puran stuffing in middle and seal the edges and remove excess dough.Roll it into a paratha.
8.Heat a pan,place the puran and roast on both sides till golden spots appear.After done grease some ghee on top and serve hot.
