Pine Apple Jilebi

Ingredients:

1.Pineapple
2.Maida
3.Curd
4.Sugar
5.Cardamom
6.Oil

Preparation:

1.Combine curd and maida in bowl,mix well till it turns into thick batter.
2.Mix well without any lumps,heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Prepare sugar syrup with some water in another pan,boil till syrup turns into thread consistency.
4.Sprinkle some cardamom powder in sugar syrup,dip pineapple pieces in maida batter,drop in hot oil and deep fry.
5.Deep fry till brown colour,transfer into sugar syrup and soak for few minutes,remove from syrup and serve hot.
