Masala Pav

Masala Pav


1.Capsicum chopped  1/4 cup
2.Tomatoes chopped 1/4 cup
3.Onion chopped 1/4 cup
4.Butter 2 tbsp
5.Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
6.Pav bhaji masala 2 tbsp
7.Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
8.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
9.Salt to taste


1.Melt 1 tbsp butter in a pan add in onions and saute till soft.
2.Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.
3.Add pav bhaji masala and cook for 2 minutes.
4.Add chopped tomatoes,red chilli powder,mix well and cook for until tomatoes are soft.
5.Add green capsicum,mix well add water if required an cook until capsicum is tender.
6.Now butter the bread from outer side,spread prepared pav bhaji masala on other side of bread.
the side first on which butter is applied,while roasting keep masala
pressing down on bread so as the all juices from masala soaked in pav.
8.Now again put a 1/2 tbsp of butter on masala,spread it and flip the bread and roast it from other side as well.Serve hot
