Murg Malai Kabab


1.Cheese 1/2 cup
2.Cream cheese 1/4 cup
3.Corn flour 3 tbsp
4.Egg yolk 1
5.Chicken breast 1/2 lb
6.Green chilli paste 1 tbsp
7.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
8.Vinegar 1 tbsp
9.Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
10.Kasoori methi 1 tbsp


1.Wash and dry chicken very well.
2.Add vinegar,ginger garlic paste,salt and mix well.Keep aside for 30 minutes.
3.Take cheese in a bowl and mash well,prepare a smooth paste.
4.Add in kasoori methi,chilli paste,coriander leaves and salt to taste.
5.Mix everything together well.Cover and refrigerate overnight.
6.Soak skewers in cold water for 30 minutes.Arrange marinated chicken pieces on skewers and leave some space in between pieces.
7.Now place the skewers in baking tray such that it should not touch the bottom of tray.Bake on 450 degrees F for 20 minutes.
8.After 20 minutes turn on other side.Cook till done.Serve hot
