Oats Spring Rolls

Ingredients:


1.Oats
2.Jageery
3.Cardamom
4.Dry coconut powder
5.Gasagasalu
6.Wheat flour
7.Salt
8.Cashew nuts
9.Kismis
10.Ghee
11.Milk
12.Oil

Preparation:

1.Melt some ghee in a pan,fry cashew nuts,kismis,dry coconut powder,oats powder,gasagasalu and keep aside separately.
2.Rest fried ingredients to cool down,blend into a fine powder along with some jaggery,cardamom powder.
3.Transfer mixture into a plate,meanwhile prepare a dough with wheat flour,some ghee and salt.
4.Divide dough into small equal portions and roll into chapathis,dip chapathi in milk,place it on a cloth for a minute.
5.Now place oats stuffing on chapathi and close edges firmly.Keep aside on sprinkle flour plate.
6.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,slowly drop rolls in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour and serve.
