Egg Masala

Egg Masala


1.Eggs 4 boiled
2.Oil 3 tbsp
3.Onion 1medium size
4.Tomato 1
5.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
6.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
7.Cumin powder 1 tbsp
8.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
9.Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
10.Brown sugar 1 tbsp
11.Coconut 2 tbsp


1.Masala paste preparation:1.Heat 1 tbsp oil.
2.In that add sliced onion and saute till it gets deep golden.
3.Then add coconut,mix and cook for -3 minutes.
4.After masala cools down,transfer into a blender,add in garam masala,chilli powder and water to blend into a smooth paste.
5.Meanwhile take another pan pour some oil and heat,add in onions and saute till it softens.
6.Add ginger garlic paste and mix well,cook for a minute.
7.Add garam masala powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
8.Add chopped tomatoes in that add red chilli powder and mix well,cover and cook for 5 minutes.
9.Add masala paste,salt and brown sugar,mix well.Adjust water consistency and cook for 3-4 minutes.Add boiled eggs into masala ,cook for 5 minutes.Serve hot.
