Mulakkada Mutton Keema Curry

Ingredients:


1.Mutton
2.Drum sticks
3.Lemon juice
4.Salt
5.Turmeric
6.Red chilli powder
7.Gasagasalu
8.Tomatoes
9.Green chillies
10.Coriander leaves
11.Ginger garlic paste
12.Cashew nuts
13.Oil
14.Cloves
15.Cardamom
16.Shajeera
17.Cinnamon

Preparation
:


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add shajeera,cloves,cinnamon,cardamom,onions and saute till brown colour.
2.Add green chillies,coriander leaves,ginger garlic paste,turmeric and saute.
3.Add drum sticks,cover and cook for 5 minutes.Now add mutton keema to frying pan and mix well.
4.Cover and cook till moisture evaporates,add red chilli powder,salt and mix well.
5.Add tomatoes and mix well,cover and cook for 5 minutes.Add some water as required and bring it to boil.
6.Add cashew nuts,gasagasala powder to frying pan and give it a mix.Sprinkle some garam masala powder and give it a final mix.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves,serve hot.
