1.Wheat flour 1 cup
2.Luke warm water 1/2 cup
3.Salt to taste
4.Oil 1 tbsp + deep frying


1.Mix whole wheat flour and salt.Add water as needed to make firm dough.
2.Grease your palms with some oil,knead well.
3.Let the dough aside for 15 minutes.
4.Divide the dough into small equal portions,roll onto a rolling board,meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
5.Slowly drop the puris in hot oil and deep fry till it starts puffing up.Serve hot.
