1.Almonds 1 cup
2.Sugar 1 cup
3.Pinch of cardamom powder
4.Butter 2 tbsp
5.Milk 1/3 cup


1.Soak the almonds in hot water for 30 minutes.
2.Peel the skin off and blend into a smooth paste by adding some milk.
3.Add the sugar and mix well for couple of minute.
4.Heat some ghee in a pan on medium heat.Add in almond paste and mix it well,cook till mixture attains thick consistency.
5.Add in cardamom powder and give it a good mix,remove from heat.
6.Pour the batter in a greased pan,let it cool for about for 20 minutes.
7.Cut into desired shapes and store in air tight container.
