Saggubiyyam Vadalu

Ingredients:

1.Saggubiyyam
2.Sugar
3.Milk
4.Cardamom
5.Ghee
6.Butter
7.Oil

Preparation:

1.Soak saggubiyyam in milk for 4 hours,blend with butter into a fine paste.
2.Prepare sugar syrup in a pan,by adding some sugar,some water as required.Keep stirring the mixture.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,add some ghee,cardamom powder to sugar syrup and mix well.
4.Grease some ghee on a plastic cover,place mixture on it and prepare small vadas.
5.Slowly drop vadas in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour,flip on both sides and fry evenly.
6.Transfer fried vadas in sugar syrup and soak for few minutes,cook on slow flame.Once done transfer into a bowl and serve.
