Ingredients:

1.Besan flour 2 cups
2.Butter unsalted 6 tbsp
3.Warm milk 1 tbsp
4.Heavy cream 1/2 cup
5.Milk powder 1 cup
6.Cardamom powder  tbsp
7.Sugar 1 1/4 cup
8.Almonds 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add in besan flour and melted butter,rub the mixture with your palms,keep aside for 15 minutes.
2.Add the milk and mix well with palms.
3.Meanwhile take another pan add in milk powder and cream on medium heat.Keep stirring the mixture till it forms soft dough.Remove from heat and keep aside.
4.Mix the dough with besan flour and stir fry for few minutes till it releases nice aroma.Keep aside and let it cool,add in cardamom powder and mix well
5.In a pan add in sugar,water and bring it to boil till it becomes two thread consistency syrup with help of candy thermometer.
6.Mix the flour mixture with sugar syrup and mix well evenly before mixture starts cooling.
7.Pour on greased plate and spread evenly,let it cool down for few minutes and garnish with almonds,cut into desired shapes and serve.
