Paratha

Ingredients:

1.Wheat flour 1 cup
2.Pinch of salt
3.Oil 3-4 tbsp
4.Dry flour 1/2 cup
5.Water 1/2 cup

Preparation:

1.In a bowl add in wheat flour,salt and water. Mix well until it forms to soft dough
2.Knead the dough on a lightly greased surface. The dough should be very smooth and soft.
3.Set the dough aside and cover. Let the dough rest for at least ten minutes before.
4.Meanwhile heat a skillet.
5.Divide the dough into 5 equal parts,roll the dough into a parathaSpread about 2 drops of oil and fold into two again put another drop of oil and food now you have a triangle.
6.Now finally roll into a paratha,place it on skillet and roast till golden spots appear on both side.Cook evenly on both sides by drizzling some oil.Serve hot.
