Mulakkada Jeedipappu Curry

Ingredients:

1.Drum sticks
2.Cashew nuts
3.Onions
4.Green chillies
5.Salt
6.Red chilli powder
7.Garam masala paste
8.Curry leaves
9.Coriander leaves
10.Turmeric powder

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add curry leaves,onions and fry till light golden colour.
2.Add green chillies,drum sticks and mix well,meanwhile boil cashew nuts on other side.
3.Cover and cook drum sticks for 2 minutes,add boiled and drained cashew nuts and give it a good mix.
4.Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt and mix well.Add some water as required and bring it to boil for 5 minutes.
5.Add coriander leaves,curry leaves,garam masala paste and give it a goo mix.
6.Cover and cook for a minute,transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
