Ingredients:

1.Mutton
2.Wheat flour
3.Ginger garlic paste
4.Coriander leaves
5.Pudina
6.Salt
7.Turmeric
8.Red chilli powder
9.Garam masala powder
10.Whole garam masala
11.Green chillies
12.Cashew nuts
13.Onions
14.Oil

Preparation:


1.Prepare a smooth dough with wheat flour,roll them into thin chapathis.Cut them into small squares or any shapes,dry under sunlight for 1 day.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add whole garam masala and saute for a second.
3.Add onions,turmeric,ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute,add coriander,green chillies and mix well.
4.Add boiled keema (along with turmeric,salt) add to frying pan and mix well.
5.Add red chilli powder,salt and mix well.Add some water as required and bring it to boil.
6.Cover and cook for 2 minutes,add chapathi pieces and stir well,cook till water is absorbed.
7.Once done sprinkle some coriander leaves,pudina,garam masala coarsely crushed and serve hot.
