Besan Paare

Ingredients:

1.Maida 1 cup
2.Besan flour 1 cup
3.Sooji 2 tbsp
4.Oil 4 tbsp + deep frying
5.Salt to taste
6.Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp
7.Carom seeds 1/4 tbsp
8.Pinch of asafoetida

Preparation:

1.Mix flour,sooji,gram flour,salt,carom seeds,asafoetida,chilli flakes and oil together.
2.Mix well by adding water as we needed,rest aside for 10 minutes.
3.Knead well the dough and divide into 4 equal parts.
4.Roll them into thin chapathis,cut them in 3 inch long pieces and deep fry till golden brown.Repeat the same process for other paares.Cook on medium heat and serve.
