Mango Chutney

Mango Chutney


1.Raw Mangoes 2 peeled and shredded
2.Oil 2 tbsp
3.Kalonji 1 tbsp
4.Dried Red Chillies 4
5.Ginger sliced 1tbsp
6.Raisins 2 tbsp
7.Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
8.Salt to taste
9.Sugar 1 cup


1.Peel the skin of the mango and shred the fruit.
2.Heat oil in a pan over medium heat,add in kalonji,whole red chilli and stir fry for few seconds.
3.Add raisins and stir for few seconds. Then add remaining ingredients
shredded mango, sliced ginger, chili powder, salt and sugar. Mix it
4.Cover and cook for 10 minutes until tender.Serve and store it in a glass jar.
