Bhel Puri


1.Murmura 3 cups
2.Sev 1 cup
3.Papdi 1 cup broken into pieces
4.Boiled potatoes 1 cup
5.Cucumber chopped 1/2 cup
6.Tomatoes chopped 1/2 cup
7.Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
8.Salt to taste
9.Hari chutney 4 tbsp
10.Tamarind chutney 4 tbsp
11.Lemon juice 2 tbsp


1.In frying pan over medium heat dry roast the puffed rice for 3 to 4 minutes. Let it cool off.
2.Combine the dry ingredients puffed rice, sev, papdi and salt together mix well. Keep aside till ready to serve.
3.Mix chopped potatoes, cucumber, tomatoes, cilantro and keep aside.
4.When ready to serve mix dry ingredients and potato mix.Add coriander leaves,tamarind chutney,garnish with sev and add lemon juice.
