Mulakkada Sanagapindi Fry


1.Drum sticks
2.Besan flour
4.Coriander leaves
6.Turmeric powder
7.Red chilli powder
8.Tempering seeds
9.Cashew nuts
10.Green chillies


1.Heat some oil in a pan,fry cashew nuts till golden colour and keep aside in separate bowl.
2.In the same pan add tempering seeds,onions,salt,green chillies and fry for few minutes.
3.Add boiled drum sticks,turmeric,red chilli powder and mix well.Fry for few minutes.
4.Dissolve besan flour,salt,red chilli powder in drum stick boiled water and make a smooth paste.
5.Add besan flour mixture to frying pan and mix well,make sure without any lumps.Cook for few minutes,add fried cashew nuts and give it a stir.
6.Cook till done,transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
