Bread Potato Rolls
1.Bread slices 4
2.Potatoes 2 medium boiled and peeled
3.Green peas 1/4 cup boiled
4.Oil 1 tbsp + deep fry
5.Cumin seeds 1/4 tbsp
6.Salt to taste
7.Red chilli powder 1/8 tbsp
8.Mango powder 1/2 tbsp
9.Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
10.Green chilli 1 minced
11.Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
the oil in a frying pan and add cumin seed. As cumin seed starts
cracking add green peas, green chili and ginger, stir for a few seconds.
2.Add potatoes and all the spices, chili powder, mango powder, salt, cilantro, stir fry for a minute. Turn of the heat.
3.Cut the edges of bread slices cut into 2 pieces.
4.Take about 1-1/2 tablespoons of mixture and roll them in oval shape. Make 12 rolls.Take small bowl of water for wetting bread.
one slice of the bread and dip in the water lightly on one side. Place
the slice in between your palms and press squeezing out the excess
the filling in the center of this bread and completely cover it all
around giving the oval shape. Repeat and make all the rolls.
7.Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium high heat, and drop the rolls slowly not over lapping.8.Fry the Bread Rolls until they are golden brown,transfer onto a paper towel,remove excess oil.Serve hot.
