2.Green chillies
3.Turmeric powder
6.Salt to taste
7.Garlic cloves
8.Garam masala
9.Coriander leaves
10.Bay leaves


1.Blend onions,garam masala (cinnamon stick,pepper corns,black cloves,cardamoms)coriander leaves,green chillies into a smooth paste.
2.Take a bowl add mutton,ground masala paste,salt to taste,turmeric powder and mix well.
3.Set aside for 1 hour.
4.Now heat some oil in a pressure cooker,add in bay leaves,marinated mutton and mix well.
5.Fry for few minutes,add in some water and pressure cook for 4-5 whistles on medium heat till done.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
