Ingredients:

1.Korameenu fish
2.Coriander leaves
3.Curry leaves
4.Ginger garlic paste
5.Lemon juice
6.Onion chopped
7.Oil
8.Salt to taste
9.Garam masala powder
10.Turmeric powder
11.Cumin seeds
12.Red chilli powder
13.Coriander powder

Preparation:

1.Take a steam pot containing some water,now steam the fish pieces for 5 minutes and transfer into a bowl,scramble fish pieces roughly into small pieces.
2.Meanwhile take a pan pour some oil and heat it.Add cumin seeds,curry leaves,onions finely chopped 1/2 cup and saute for few minutes.
3.Add ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp,salt to taste,turmeric powder and stir fry for few minutes.
4.Add scrambled fish mixture to frying content and mix well.
5.Add garam masala powder  1 tbsp,coriander powder 1 tbsp,red chilli powder 1 1/2 tbsp and mix evenly.
6.Fry for few minutes and remove from heat add coriander leaves.Serve hot.
