Prawn Egg Rolls

Ingredients:

1.Prawns
2.Bread slices
3.Eggs
4.Ginger garlic paste
5.Onion chopped
6.Oil
7.Cardamom
8.Cumin seeds
9.Cinnamon stick
10.Black cloves
12.Coriander seeds
13.Turmeric powder
14.Red chilli powder
15.Salt to taste

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add prawns and fry for few minutes,add onion chopped,ginger garlic paste,turmeric power and mix well.Cover and cook for few minutes.
3.Add garam masala powder to frying prawns,add red chilli powder,salt to taste to the fried mixture.
4.Then add some water as we needed,cover and cook for few more minutes.
5.Cook till water evaporates and remove from heat,set aside to cool the mixture and blend well.
6.Now prepare small balls with prawns mixture and keep aside,meanwhile dip the bread slices in water.Remove excess water and place the ball in middle of bread slice and fold it firmly.
7.Dip the bread roll in egg batter and deep fry till golden brown color.Serve hot.
