3.Fenugreek seeds
4.Cumin seeds
5.Green chillies
6.Mustard seeds
7.Turmeric powder
8.Onion chopped
9.Garlic chilli powder ( Red chilli powder,garlic,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,fenugreek seeds)
10.Red chilli powder
11.Curry leaves
12.Coriander leaves
13.Salt to taste


1.Take a pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add fenugreek,mustard,cumin seeds,green chillies and onions saute till light golden color.
3.Add tomatoes chopped and mix well,cook till soft and tender.
4.Add turmeric powder,garlic chilli powder,red chilli powder,salt to taste and mix,fry for few minutes.
5.Now add fish and fry so that the fish are not mashed.
6.Later on add tamarind juice,cover and cook the mixture for 15 minutes.
7.Add curry,coriander leaves and cook for another few minutes.Serve hot.
