Baby Corn Curry

Ingredients:

1.Baby corn
2.Cashew nuts & Badam
3.Pista
4.Tomato puree
5.Onion chopped
6.Green chillies
7.Coriander leaves
8.Red chilli powder
9.Coriander powder
10.Turmeric powder
11.Garam masala powder
12.Salt to taste
13.Oil
14.Ginger garlic paste

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add baby corns and deep fry till golden color transfer into a plate.
3.Meanwhile blend cashew nuts,badam,pista into a smooth paste.
4.In the same pan add onion chopped and green chillies and saute.
5.Add ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds,add in ground dry fruits paste and mix well.
6.Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt to taste and mix well,cook for few minutes. till mixture release oil by itself.
7.Add 1 cup tomato puree and mix well and bring it to boil till oil separates.
8.Cover and cook for few minutes,add fried baby corns and cook for another 5 minutes.
9.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves,serve hot.
