Healthy Kheer

Ingredients:

1.Milk
2.Sugar
3.Jowar
4.Coconut powder
5.Barley seeds
6.Cashew nuts
7.Raisins
8.Ghee
9.Cardamom powder

Preparation:

1.Take a pan add some ghee,melt it.
2.Add jowar,barley seeds and saute for few minutes.
3.And blend the fried mixture into coarse powder.
4.Meanwhile take another pan add some milk and bring it to boil.
5.Add ground powder and mix well without forming any lumps.Cook on medium flame.
6.Add grated coconut,sugar,ghee and mix well.
7.Finally sprinkle some cardamom powder and add some milk.Serve hot.
