Ingredients:

1.Gummadikaya
2.Sugar
3.Cashew nuts,Almonds
4.Green & Orange food color
5.Cherries
6.Lime paste

Preparation:

1.Cut and peel pumpkin into thin leaves.
2.Now soak these pumpkin leaves in lime water for 4 hours.
3.Take a pan add sugar and some water,prepare a thick paste.
4.Now cook the soaked pumpkin leaves in sugar syrup for ten minutes.
5.Then
add required food color to leaves,meanwhile add in dry fruits to khoya
and put the khoya mixture to prepared pumpkin leaves.
6.Then roll them into desired shapes.
7.Now pin this rolls with cloves and garnish with cherries.
