Keema Vada

Ingredients:

1.Mutton keema
2.Urad dal
3.Chana dal
4.Moong dal
5.Cinnamon stick
6.Black cloves
7.Green chillies
8.Ginger small piece
9.Coriander leaves
10.Pudina
11.Curry leaves
12.Oil

Preparation:

1.Soak all lentils in water for 1 hour and transfer into a bowl.
2.Drain the excess water and add green chillies,ginger,cloves,cinnamon stick and blend into a smooth paste.
3.Now to this mixture add pudina,curry leaves,coriander leaves and some salt to taste.Mix well.
4.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it.
5.Add mutton keema,red chilli powder,salt to taste,coriander powder and mix well.Fry till golden brown color and transfer into blended paste.Mix well evenly.
6.Finally prepare small vadas on plastic cover by greasing some oil and deep fry.Fry till golden color and serve hot.
