1.Spinach leaves
3.Dried red chillies
4.Green chillies
5.Garlic cloves
7.Cumin seeds
8.Curry leaves
10.Turmeric powder
11.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan,dry roast peanuts for few minutes and keep aside.
2.In the same pan pour some oil and fry few cumin seeds,green chillies for few minutes.
3.In the remaining oil add spinach leaves and fry till leaves are tender.
4.Now add fried ingredients,ginger and garlic pieces in blender and blend into a smooth paste.
5.Prepare tempering mixture by adding red chillies,cumin seeds and curry leaves.Stir fry for few seconds.
6.Transfer into a bowl,add salt to taste and pour tempering mixture on top of chutney.Serve with rice or chapathi.
