Egg Slice Curry
5.Ginger garlic paste
7.Garam masala powder
9.Salt to taste
10.Red chilli powder
1.Boil the eggs and cut into slices and keep aside.
2.Take a small bowl add some milk to that add salt,red chilli powder and break 2 eggs.Whisk it well.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
4.Now dip egg slices in egg mixture and gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
5.Turn on both sides and fry evenly,drain excess oil and keep aside.
6.In the same pan remove some oil,add in green chillies,onion chopped finely and saute till golden color.
7.Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a few minutes.
8.Add coriander powder 2 tbsp,turmeric powder and garam masala powder and mix it well.
