7.Salt to taste
1.Take a pan pour some water and heat it.
blend soaked rice,ginger,green chillies,salt to taste and cumin seeds
with some water,blend well prepare a thick batter.
3.Transfer the batter into a bowl and add some water if need (optional)
4.Add soaked moong dal,sesame seeds and salt, mix well.
5.Take a small lid or any plate,pour some batter in it and spread evenly all over.
6.Place it on boiling water pan and close it with another lid.Cook for few minutes.
7.Slowly remove the vadiyam with help of spoon and keep in a separate plate.Repeat the same process for other vadiyalu.
8.Place a cloth over cooked and steamed round batter pieces and let them stand overnight.9.And sun dry for 1-2 hours.
