Ingredients:

1.Urad dal
2.Jaggery
3.Ghee

Preparation:

1.Take a pan dry roast urad dal (with skin) for 5 minutes.
2.Transfer into a plate,grind the dry roasted urad dal into a coarse powder.
3.Again grind urad dal until skin peels off completely.
4.Sieve it to remove the skin off urad dal.
5.Grind the urad dal into a smooth powder.Transfer the powder into a bowl,add 1 cup jaggery and mix it well.
6.Add some ghee and mix well,prepare round golf size balls.Serve it immediately and store in air tight container.
