Ingredients:

1.Semiya
2.Curd
3.Ginger garlic paste
4.Green chilli paste
5.Cumin seeds
6.Onion chopped
7.Coriander leaves
8.Carrot chopped
9.Cashew nuts
10.Baking soda
11.Salt to taste
12.Oil
13.Carrot grated


Preparation:

1.Firstly soak vermicelli 1 cup in 2 cups of curd for 2 hours.
2.After soaking grind the vermicelli in curd into a smooth batter.
3.Add 1 cup of rice flour to the batter and mix well.
4.Add
salt,ginger garlic paste,cumin seeds,green chilli paste,onion
chopped,coriander leaves,baking soda,grated carrot and cashews.
5.Mix well all the ingredients evenly and heat a skillet,drizzle some oil.
6.Pour the batter on skillet and spread evenly and cook on both sides.
7.Cook until it turns into light brown color,drizzle some oil on top.Cook for 4 minutes and serve hot.
