2.Fenugreek powder
3.Mustard powder
4.Cumin powder
7.Red chilli powder
8.Tempering seeds
9.Ginger garlic paste


1.Heat some oil in a pan,make few gashes to boiled and fry for few minutes till light brown colour.
2.In the same pan add some more oil,add mustard,cumin,garlic cloves and switch off the flame,keep aside.
3.Take a bowl combine mustard powder,fenugreek powder,cumin powder,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and mix well all dry ingredients.
4.Finally add tempered oil to dry mixture and mix well.Now add boiled and fried eggs,mix well.Squeeze a lemon,stir well.
5.Shelf period is 1 week.
