Ravva Cake

Ingredients:

1.Bombay ravva
2.Banana ripened
3.Coconut grated
4.Baking soda
5.Sugar
6.Milk
7.Ghee

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some ghee and melt it.
2.Add 1 cup bombay ravva and fry for few minutes till it turns light brown color.
3.In the same pan add grated coconut,baking soda,sugar 1 cup and mix well.
4.Add mashed banana into fried mixture and mix it well.
5.Now add 2 cups milk and give it a good stir,cook for 15 minutes till it attains thick consistency.
6.Keep stirring mixture and avoid sticking to the bottom of pan.
7.Take a greased bowl with ghee,transfer the mixture into it and spread evenly.Place it in idly cooker and steam cook for 15 minutes till done.Garnish with dry fruits and serve hot.
