Pulka Omelette Rolls


1.Wheat flour
3.Ginger garlic paste
4.Green chillies
5.Onion chopped
6.Coriander leaves
7.Cumin seeds
8.Pudina leaves
9.Lemon juice
10.Carrot grated


1.Prepare a smooth dough with wheat flour by adding some water,salt and milk.Keep aside.
2.Divide the dough into small equal portions and flatten them into thin phulkas.
3.Fry them on a skillet by drizzling some oil.
4.Meanwhile blend some onions,garlic chopped,green chillies,cumin seeds,fenugreek seeds into smooth paste.
5.Now add this paste in egg mixture to this add salt,turmeric powder,garam masala powder and mix well.
6.Now pour some egg mixture on phulka and place on heated skillet,cook evenly till done.
7.Prepare a salad mixture by adding coriander,pudina,onions chopped and lime juice.Mix them well.
8.Place the mixture in phulka roll it like frankie.Serve immediately.
