Ingredients:

1.Rice flour
2.Maida
3.Green chillies
4.Onion chopped
5.Ginger garlic paste
6.Cumin seeds
7.Curry leaves
8.Coriander leaves
9.Salt to taste
10.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.First heat sufficient oil in a pan.
2.Take a bowl add in onion chopped,green chillies,salt and mix them well.
3.Roughly mash the onions for few minutes.Add rice flour 1 cup,maida 2 tbsp and mix well.
4.Add ginger garlic paste,cumin seeds,coriander leaves,curry leaves and mix well with rice starch.
5.Prepare pakodi batter and slowly drop them in hot oil like pakodas and deep fry.Keep flipping in between till they turn into brownish color.Serve hot.
