Khova Kobbari Payasam

Ingredients:

1.Semiya
2.Kova
3.Cinnamon stick
4.Black cloves
5.Coconut slices
6.Jaggery
7.Cardamom
8.Cashew nuts
9.Ghee

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some water as we needed,add jaggery and bring it to boil.
2.Meanwhile take another pan add some ghee,melt it.
3.Fry cashew nuts,coconut slices,cinnamon stick,cloves,add bowl of water and bring it to boil.
4.Remove boiled cinnamon stick,black cloves from the boiling water.
5.Add
fried vermicelli and stir fry for few minutes,add khova 50
grams,jaggery starined syrup and bring it to boil.Cover and cook for 2
minutes on high flame.
6.Add some ghee,cardamom powder and mix well
evenly.Transfer into a bowl,rest the mixture to cool for few
minutes,garnish with cashews.Serve.
