Raagi Pindi Biscuits


1.Raagi flour
3.Baking powder
6.Cashew nuts
8.Vanilla essence


1.Heat pan full of sand in a pressure cooker.
2.On other side melt some dalda in a small pan.
3.Take a bowl combine raagi flour,sugar powder,cardamom powder,baking powder,dalda,vanilla essence and mix well all ingredients evenly.
4.Place a plate on top of sand,grease some dalda and spread evenly.
5.Prepare small round biscuits with raagi mixture and place it on greased plate.
6.Place cashew nuts on top of biscuits,Cover and cook for 1/2 hour.Cook on medium flame.
7.Transfer into a serving plate and enjoy.
