Potato And Dal Soup
10.Salt to taste
1.Take a pressure pan add in toor dal,green peas,potatoes chopped,carrot chopped,beans chopped,tomato sliced and water as required for soup consistency.
2.Cook for 3 whistles,let the pressure release by itself.Drain the water into a separate bowl.
3.Meanwhile heat some oil in a pan,add in cumin,mustard,garlic,green chillies,dried red chillies,curry leaves,turmeric powder and saute.
4.Pour the drained soup into tempering mixture and mix well.Add salt to taste.
5.Squeeze 1/2 lemon,coriander leaves and serve hot.
