1.Pressure cook grated papaya for 2 whistles and keep aside.
2.Take a pan pour some ghee and melt it.
3.Add cashew nuts and saute for few minutes till it turns into light golden color.
4.In the same pan add raisins add saute for few seconds and transfer into a bowl.
5.Add grated papaya,sugar 1/2 cup and saute till sugar melts.
6.Keep stirring the mixture without sticking to the bottom of pan.Add some ghee as needed and mix well.
7.Sprinkle some cardamom powder and mix well.Garnish with fried cashew nuts and serve hot.
