Masala Senaga Vada

Ingredients:

1.Kabuli chana soaked 4 hours
2.Urad dal 1/2 cup
3.Moong dal 1/2 cup soaked 4 hours
4.Ginger small piece
5.Green chillies
6.Carrot grated
7.Cinnamon stick,Black cloves
8.Coriander leaves
9.Pudina
10.Carrot grated
11.Onion chopped
12.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Blend all lentils in a blender with green chillies,cinnamon stick,ginger,black cloves,salt and make coarse paste.
2.Add pudina,coriander leaves,onion chopped,carrot grated and mix well.
3.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
4.Take a banana leaf,grease some oil and take small amount of mixture in your palms,flatten into a thin layered vada.
5.Gently drop the vadas in hot oil and deep fry,fry till golden brown color,fry evenly on both sides.Serve hot.
