Sponge Dosa

Ingredients:

1.Rice flour 3 cups rice
2.Rice ravva 1 cup
3.Baking soda
4.Salt to taste
5.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour 4 cups of water and bring it to boil.Add 1 cup rice ravva and mix well.
2.Cook till done,rest aside the mixture to cool.
3.Now gradually add rice flour 3 cups,pinch of baking soda,salt to the rice ravva and mix well evenly with a spatula.
4.Mix well without forming any lumps,Soak this mixture for overnight.
5.Now take a non stick dosa pan,drizzle some oil,pour some batter on pan spread evenly like dosa.
6.Drizzle some oil around dosa and cook evenly on medium flame.Cover and cook till its puffed up.Cook on both sides and serve hot with any chutney.
