1.Jackfruit leaves
2.Urad dal
3.Parboiled rice (Uppudu biyyam)
4.Salt to taste
6.Carrot grated


take 2 jack fruit leaves and sew them together with a tooth pick,take
another 2 leaves and repeat the process till you get a four leaf base.
2.Now fold the leaves in the shape of a small basket,use tooth picks to hold them together.
3.Take a pan add in urad dal 1cup,parboiled rice 2 cups,add some water and soak them for 3 hours.
4.After soaking grind them into a smooth paste,add some salt to taste and mix well.
5.Now fill the leaf basket with batter,now place the leaf baskets in idly cooker containing water.
6.Remove the leaf baskets after cooked and transfer them into a separate plate.Serve hot with chick pea chutney.
