Ingredients:

1.Ulavlu
2.Green Peas
3.Carrot
4.Beans
5.Maida
6.Wheat Flour
7.Salt
8.Hing
9.Cumin seeds
10.Chana dal
11.Red chilli powder
12.Ghee
13.Oil

Preparation:

1.Boil some water in a pressure pan,meanwhile combine green peas,beans,carrot,water in a small bowl.
2.Place the bowl in pressure pan and cook for 2 whistles.
3.Prepare a smooth dough by combining maida,wheat flour and some salt.Knead well by drizzling some oil.
4.Drain boiled veggies into a separate bowl.
5.Heat some ghee in a pan,add hing,cumin seeds,boiled veggies and saute for few minutes.
6.Add soaked and boiled ulavapindi,soaked and boiled chana dal powder and mix well.
7.Add some salt,red chilli powder and mix well.Switch off the flame and stir well.
8.Place dough ball in roti presser,press into a small size roti,place fried stuffing and wrap around the edges.
9.Press again into a paratha,heat a tawa by drizzling some oil.Place roti on hot tawa and cook on both sides evenly by drizzling some oil.
