1.Green chillies
2.Dried red chillies
3.Cumin seeds
4.Mustard seeds
5.Fenugreek seeds
7.Onion chopped
8.Curry leaves
9.Besan flour
10.Coriander leaves
11.Red chilli powder
12.Ginger & Garlic
13.Salt to taste
16.Lady finger
17.Thotakoora kadalu


1.Take a pressure pan add in all chopped or sliced veggies with water,add masala paste (green chillies,onions,ginger,garlic).Cook for 5 minutes.
2.Meanwhile take a small bowl add curd and besan flour and mix well without any lumps.Transfer the curd mixture in a pan and bring it to boil.
3.Add red chilli powder,salt to taste,pinch of turmeric powder and mix well.
4.Finally add boiled veggies to curd mixture and mix well,cook for few minutes on medium flame.
5.Add coriander leaves and serve chilled.
