Ingredients:

1.Moong dal paste
2.Sugar
3.Ghee
4.Milk
5.Kova
6.Cardamom powder
7.Cherries
8.Cashews
9.Raisins

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some ghee and heat it,add in peeled badam,cashews,raisins and saute for few minutes.Transfer into a bowl.
2.In the same pan add moong dal paste and saute for few minutes till raw smell goes off.
3.Add 1 cup sugar,milk 1 cup and bring it to boil.Add unsweetened kova,food color and mix well.
4.Add cardamom powder,fried dry fruits and cook till until it attains dough consistency.Transfer into a plate and spread evenly into a thick layer,rest the mixture to cool down and cut into desired shapes.Serve immediately.
