1.Fish (Tilapia fish)
2.Corn flour
3.Besan flour
5.Lemon juice
6.Ginger garlic paste
7.Garam masala paste
8.Pepper powder
9.Food color
10.Green chillies
11.Coriander leaves
12.Garlic cloves
13.Salt to taste
14.Red chilli powder


1.In a bowl add corn flour 4 tbsp,besan flour 1 tbsp,curd 2 tbsp and lemon juice,ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp,red chilli powder 2 tbsp,salt to taste,garam masala powder 1 tbsp,food color and mix well all the ingredients evenly.
2.Now marinate fish pieces for about 1 hour.
3.Take a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying and heat it.
4.Slowly drop the marinated fish pieces in hot oil and deep fry.Fry the fish pieces in small batches.
5.Fry till golden brown color and keep aside.Meanwhile take another pan pour 2-3 tbsp oil and heat it.
6.Add onion chopped and saute till brown color,add in green chillies and garlic cloves,saute for few minutes.
7.Add 2 tbsp pepper powder and give it a mix,finally add fried fish pieces and mix well evenly.Serve hot.
