Radish Kofta Curry

Ingredients:

1.Radish
2.Onion chopped
3.Carrot grated
4.Corn flour
5.Tomato chopped
6.Cashew nuts
7.Cumin seeds
8.Green chillies
9.Ginger garlic paste
10.Turmeric powder
11.Salt to taste
12.Red chilli powder

Preparation:

1.Firstly grate radish and onions in a bowl,squeeze out the excess moisture from vegetables and keep aside.
2.Now add carrot grated,corn flour,salt,red chilli powder and mix well.Prepare round balls and keep aside.
3.Take a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying,add in round balls to hot oil and deep fry.
4.Keep turning the balls in between and fry till golden color.
5.Meanwhile
take another pan pour some oil and heat it.Add in cumin seeds,green
chillies,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste and saute for few minutes.
6.Add onion and tomato puree to the pan and mix well.Cover and cook for 5-10 minutes on medium flame.
7.Add coriander powder,cashew nut paste and salt to taste,mix well evenly.
8.Add
red chilli powder and mix well,finally add fried koftha balls and mix
well,cook for 4-5 minutes.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with spring onion
greens.Serve hot.
