Vegetable Pan Rolls

Ingredients:


1.Carrot
2.Cabbage
3.Onions
4.Green chillies
5.Coriander leaves
6.Corn flour
7.Maida
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Salt
10.Red chilli powder
11.Turmeric powder
12.Eggs
13.Milk
14.Lemon juice
15.Cloves
16.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl,add egg,corn flour,salt,milk,maida and mix well without any lumps.
2.Keep stirring the mixture and keep aside,heat some oil in a pan,add onions,green chillies,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder and saute till onions are brown colour,.
3.Add veggies,salt,red chilli powder and fry for few minutes.Once done sprinkle some coriander leaves.
4.Heat a tawa,drizzle some oil and spread evenly.Place corn flour batter on tawa and spread evenly.Cook on both sides till done.
5.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,add some lemon juice to fried mixture and mix well.
6.Place fried mixture in rolls,fold it in triangle shape,enclose it with some cloves.Drop the prepared rolls in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
